Razorbill

Alca torda

<< back

The second largest auk on the Isles of Scilly, the razorbill is easily distinguished by it's beak shape by which it is named. Their numbers have been on the increase here since the mid 1980's, and we hope that they continue to thrive on the islands for many years to come.
