Much of the Isles of Scilly are open to all, but there are some areas that we request people do not visit to make space for nature. Some activities, like wild camping, are prohibited, whilst others (like commercial filming and photography) require permission. Please respect our wildlife and the restrictions in place, and in touch if you have any questions.

The development of a new local nature recovery strategy (LNRS) is being led by Cornwall Council in partnership with the council of the Isles of Scilly and our local nature partnership. The strategy will help guide the delivery of nature recovery projects across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
